I'm sorry for posting this here, I couldn't find the info fast.
I have a bet with my friend as to how many Afl/vfl spoons the Tiges have "won" over the last 30 years.  Could someone quickly help me please?

This is a load of rot :scold Richmond did not "win" the wooden spoon in 1916.

The explanation on Wikipedia is entirely unsatisfactory. In a four-team competition due to war, Fitzroy finished last after the home-and-away rounds, but with all four teams nonetheless advancing to the finals, Fitzroy wound up winning the flag, thus becoming the only team to be premiers and wooden spooners in the same season. FACT. :wavey

Yeah good call Ready. That should NEVER be counted as a spoon for us. Totally ridiculous. ::)

no wonder st kilda supporters are so feral... :hihi :hihi :hihi

i'm shocked by the lack of spoons won by the dogs. they've wn less than us. and they haven't exactly had a successful history

No need to be sorry Tames, it's what the forum is for.  Interesting thread and Ready's stash of trivia/history has enlightened me yet again.
