Tigerland Auctions - Bad Experience

For anyone interested in replacing their front entrance door.
Theres a Nathan Brown door on the Tigerland Auction site with a starting bid of $300. :o :o
Has to be seen to be believed.
Now Ive seen everything.... heres the link.

Click on memorabilia>Nathan Brown door signed.

reading the website, it looks like yet another thing RFC has minimal control over

looks like "AFL Auctions" is the main show, and they are run by IMG

given the Telstra afl.com fiasco, I'm hardly surprised AFL outsourcing MAY be stuffing up something else

That is truly remarkable. Astonishing memorabilia. Sure it would fall off its hinges in good time though

Is this the door that will smack Browny on his way out at seasons end?

You are just asking to be broken into with that door on your house

If I was walking past I'd wanna kick it in

I had a bad experience too. How dare they let me buy Otto's playing jumper. I wonder if they'll show some good faith and swap if for Cogs', Whitey's or Jacko's jumpers.

Just wanting to know if anyone else has ever bought anything from the tigerland auctions? I must say after my experiences this year I wont be buying anything else from the club (especially jumpers) after the shabby way the club runs it.
Would you like to fill us in on the bad experience re the auctions.

I'd suggest this thread has been started by someone that has just bid on one of the jumpers and does not want any bidding competition........own up now.

what were the issues?

late delivery
poor product quality
payments
etc...

Sorry for the delay here are your answers to the questions:

1: Not getting what was promised due to a player keeping his jumper rather than giving it to the club after the game. In turn I received another numbered jumper poorly signed by player in question. I did receive a Richo signed jumper as well at no charge which I accepted.

2: 3 week turnaround to get the jumpers in question. After asking for payment immediately.

3: Still waiting for COA as promised on the auction.
