Geez Clawmiester how did you manage to line yourself up for the job as Gus's "El Prezidente for life"?
Wasn't the best set shot for goal last season but his field short passing was o.k. even if it sometimes took him forever to find an option.
You need to be carefull picking up a young rookie promotion to back. If he keeps improving as he did last year at Coburg you may actually have to write brightsider type praise for the young man. You may have difficulty finding the right keys to hit.
a clawism. no matter what we do we can always do better. ;) i actually hope angus makes the grade he was the first rookie taken thru the rookie club. i have some doubts about him but hes raw and willing and has lots to learnpersonally i would like to see him with another yr at coburg seniors alas our situation does not allow for it.

If Simmo stays fit then with a bit of backing from Patto and Tuck, Polack, pinch hitting Gus the camel will probably spend most of his season developing at Coburg.
If his form warrants then half a dozen games or so as back up off the bench will do him the world of good.
He's been elevated to the senior list so we can put the extra development into him without having to stuff around finding a way to get him on midseason.
If the *smile* hits the fan it doesn't matter 'coz he's already on the list and then we just elevate Cartridge from the rookies to help cover.

I saw Cogs in Lorne after the swim. He was icing up his knee. He looks leaner in the upper body than previous years but he still looked super fit. What was really concerning however is that he has put a red colour thru his hair. WTF? :rofl

I thought Cogs hated swimming and always finished towards to back of the pack? be interesting to see how they all go.

Knobel was the fatest, last year.

When Knobel did the Danger 1000 swim in 2006 he smashed it! Thats when every Tiger player on the list swam it.

Was down there for it on Saturday. Was good too see the boys swim well. Spoke to Graham for a bit about King Island as i have been down there many times, nice bloke he is.
