With the tragic injury to Newman , number three season ending injury and i think 5 in 12 months, its time for Hartigan to step up.
I see that he was named in the coburg's best.
He is a similar type , but at times his disposal lets him down terribly. He is hard at it, courageous and can kick a goal.
To lose a player of Newman's class, experience and courage opens the door for another to come in his place. Look i know that Newman is a player that is hard to replace but this could make Harts career after such a promising start this year. He along with Raines were creating such an attcking half back line that for reasons that we keep hearing on this site that he fell out of favour.
I would like to see him cement a place as the other talk on this site is that he may be on the outer end seasons end.
Another who could fill that spot could also be Jackson.
