I didn't like Lids flaying his arms last week. Sure, it was good to see agro but he could have lost the free and been reported. Would have rather him grab a handful of jumper, let the bastard know that the next time he's near the ball he's going to hurt, then deliver on that promise.
It was very uncharacteristic of Lids to react that way. I wouldn't be surprised if Picken did more than what was actually seen to spark the reaction. There may have also been some frustration on the part of Lids to say I'm having a go, this bloke is playing dirty on me and no one is helping me here.
