We should of won today, it is that simple.
Sydney had every opportunity to put us away but to our credit we did show some fight, unfortunately we were not experienced enough to come away with the 4 points.
The Good
Richard Tambling - He had a go today. I have always been a big Tambling knocker, but today I had to eat humble pie. But he has to be consistent, he has to be damaging week in week out. A great overhead mark on the run for his size, just needs to start believing in himself.
Andy Collins - he knows where to be
Mark Coghlan - great to see him getting some valuable match time and getting a lot of the ball
Daniel Jackson - finally - two games in a row he has been good - can he make it 3
Alex Rance - tries his guts out
Angus Graham - could prove a very good decoy. Let himself down near the end of the 3rd quarter but tried hard all day
Coburg - Cotchin and Cousins got through a game unscathed.
The Bad
Jordan McMahon - he is not damaging at all.
Adam Pattison - some said he went ok today, he never goes ok. He is VFL at best, time to make a decision about him. He can't mark or run and will never be an impact player
Jarrad Oakley Nichols - Sorry, but how long do we have to persist with him. Cut him loose. He has no confidence. Kicking one goal does not give anything back to the club. 4 years, 11 games - what an absolute waste. The kid can't bounce a ball properly
Coburg - Just because Edwards played well at Coburg will mean he will get another run in the firsts. When he gets a game in the big show, he does not have any impact at all. Same with Schulz, he can't dominate at Coburg, so why even consider him.
The Ugly
Richo - Why play someone who can't even walk? What were the match committee thinking.
Promotion - anything involving Jake King - King = Liability
Pettifer - Can he finally step up in Senior AFL Football.
