What a load of Sh!t.All these supposed called experts writing us off so soon. They change their mind's & oppinons like your Melbourne weather.Wall's is famous for it.If we come good & win games on the trot, they change their attitude. Some recognition for the truly great & emerging fine young talent would be nice from some of the scribe's would be nice though.

The Melbourne weather is in the middle of a 2 year drought, I reckon it hasn't changed enough.

Each club has young emerging talent, is ours better than the rest of the comps?
Thats the key ingredient.

Not one good thing to say about Richmond or our players last night on League Teams, yet every other club gets a mention.*smile*'s me off big time!

I also noted this TD. They very quickly picked up on TW's comment about us not being really in the mix until 2011, and made some smirking remarks about that.

Look, I don't really care what these "experts" say about us, but it may have some negative results on obtaining memberships.

They raved on about the Bullies, and rightly so, I guess. When one thinks about the two teams, I would say we have equally as good a list, but the coaching of the Bulldogs has been very good to say the least. Rodney Eade has formed a team of runners, has instilled confidence into their mindset, worked hard on their delivery skills and has them backing one another up all over the field. None of this stop start footy which bugs me bigtime, which we seem to do a lot of the time. That, is the big difference IMHO. Remember, how under Frawley, we always seem to get the ball and then prop, waiting for someone to make a move up field. That still seems to be the case with some of our players. Old habits die hard.

Now I have finished "coaching" the Tigers, I will leave it to others to agree or disagree.

He was on before the bounce with Pig,Spud an Rocket as the special guest only caught the last half as the FC had to see Bob an Spud an the blue eyed wobbler ::)

At my old employment a journo from one of the Melbourne papers use to come in quite often, an honestly couldnt get over his lack of football knowledge.

To be honest ,like its rules opinions our great game probally has the greatest room for interpretation in the world

you must remember tony shaw was part of that 1980 collingwood team who suffered the biggest hiding in grand final history at the time,he`s bound to have bitterness towards us.
i`ve heard david schwarz and mike sheahan tip us for the spoon in the last few days as well.
i actually love it when we get written off,it`s like music to my ears. i`m sure TW would be loving it too.
i remember in 1990 after a defeat at the MCG ex geelong winger michael turner said we wouldn`t win another game for the rest of the year. the next week we went down to geelong and beat them, turner was sitting in the commentary box and a couple of tiger fans were letting him know about it in no uncertain terms...it was brilliant!
