Too much abuse- Think before typing

It's been a very ordinary morning on the message board moderating wise.  No matter how upset people are because things didn't go the way they wanted the site rules are still the same and personal abuse and swearing isn't accpetable on PRE.

Instead of copying posts from other sites why not go for a holiday and join them for a while if you can't keep your temper in check.  ;D

P.S.  Instead of quoting offending posts it would be appreciated if people could use the report to moderator function.  It's pretty hard to keep up with everything this morning.

Ok so way gave away pick 19 in a weakish draft and still have 18. We're supposedly paying him $1m over three years. He's 24 and has 100 games under his belt and is a decent player. How much should he be earning?

It's hardly been worth reading this morning with the amount of people with MASSIVE tickets on themselves, levelling all kinds of abuse towards our club because they think they can do better.


Here's a hint for you boys, there is a reason Miller & Wallace get paid for the jobs they do and there is a reason none of you know-it-alls do.

I agree with easing up on the abuse of the players in question. However, something needs to be done re our recruitment. It's pretty shambolic.

I have modified this message as I was pretty upset with the trades originally, however I am not so much now.

I still think we must stop trading for players on the whole and develop them from scratch.

Have just found out that Pick 19 was not traded for Morton, that was Pick 35. So it's not as RIDICULOUS bad as first thought. The only way this is a decent trade is if they are able to get back another 2nd rounder in another trade today.

Having said that, WHY did they give up pick 18 instead of 19. Surely they could have won that battle!?

According to the AFL Trade Tracker on afl.com.au - we did give up pick 19 (and not 18)
