Hi Guys,
Although Richmond and Hawthorn were in similar positions at the end of 2004 and both went for strong youth policys, Hawthorn went with a more of a total youth policy in that they played young players at all costs where as Richmond traded/drafted for a couple of older players and didn't play young players at all cost.
Which method do you think will work best?
