It would be interesting to know how many of the trade managers and or coaches have studied negotiation and in fact received certificates in studying it. Someone like Miller is obviously very experienced over a long period of time but what do these guys do to hone their skills. Just like a salesperson needs to hone their selling and negotiation skills by study. On another point, a club like St. Kilda strikes me as being very vulnerable as I believe Ken Sheldon was the only one that turned up there on the first 3 days dressed in his casuals. I don't even think Rendell was there because he was in the process of quitting. Yeah, St. Kilda may be very vulnerable at the moment, I realise that they have a coach now but I am sure his head is spinning and that he wouldn't have been able to formulate what that club needs.
