Tradebait - Why Tuck rather than Cogs? [Merged]

Interesting connotation u put forward there Skippa, and if that was the case re fall out then you are correct that the coach should act accordingly.

Havent heard anything myself in regard to such events but nothing in this world surprises me anyway.

Interesting to see what happens here in regard to this.

very well said there Razor however dont you think its ironic that a rumour of a fallout between TW and Tuck and now Tuck,s name has been linked with the Polak trade[at least].I'm a fan of Tuck,s however if Terry has seen things in Tuck that we supporters are not privledged to know[Team orders etc], then as supporters we expect Terry to act accordingly.

True enough Captain, I also heard a rumour that it wasn't so much of a falling out due to a failure to obey instructions as Tuck being incapable of following instructions (edit - just saw your last post! ;)).

No doubt a huge amount goes on behind the scenes which we're never privy to and can only guess at.

Personally, I would have loved to have seen Tuck be gradually overtaken by our junior mids over the next few years, then moved to a HBF/2nd change mid role.

He's got a damn good spoil and would be an ominous matchup for the average HFF.

I remember TW taking a call on WLF from someone suggesting Tuck be played at CHB and TW replied that he had all the assets and would quite probably do the job well...but was sorely needed in midfield ATM.

How things change... ;)

Well Craig as they say where there,s smoke there,s fire

Interesting i'll go with on this one you guys seem pretty on the trail with this one.

Shame Shane wasnt 2 inches taller and 193 + cm as opposed to 189 probably woulda made a good key defender,

In this haze of smoke.... recapping a bit

Tuck supposeable has had a fallout with TW
Tuck supposeable had a fallout with Frawley

Is Tuck a prob then? I hope not as I like him as a player & had hoped him to stay at the club long term. If rumours (and they are just that) are true I hope it can be mended. As Raz said he will be better for it as a player after copping a year's worth of close attention. I was expecting him next year to excel

Cheers Cap.
I'm guessing Harts isn't on TW's Xmas card list either for likely the same reason.
He clearly wants footballers who can listen & do a job.

I don't know if this is the reason but...is it Possibly linked to what tucky's opponents are doing when they have the ball?

We know from Johnson that TW likes our boys to stop them and then hurt them with our ball.

You must work hard defensively.

I hope that your Mum made sure you packed plenty of fresh underwear. ;)

We know what the paper's said, especially Sugar's comments at the B&F.

We can officially throw out our Tommy Roach photo buttons once he officially gets delisted, or do you know something we don't?

Tommy is hanging on a thread!

I know what you know & that is the only reason Roach & co. haven't been "officially" delisted is they are trying to find these guys a home this week through a trade.

And if Birss is only worth a 50 somethin trade pick, what value young Tommy ::)  His thread count is getting dangerously thinner!
