Dees are having an intra club scratch match now, seems strange if we are playing them on Friday.

Christian Petrecca continued with his great form as Melbourne beat an undermanned Richmond team missing 17 Premiership players by 3 points.
Petrecca finished his day with 18 kicks 3 handballs and 1.3.
Richmond look like the off field issue's might've finally caught up with them. There was no signs of the Richmond of the last 4 years.
Hardwick might need to go to the drawing board.
Goodwin looked like he has Melbourne primed to finshed outside the 8.
Melbourne take on Sydney in Papa New Guinea next Friday night, while the tigers need to regroup and take on the 2021 premiership favourites The Lions on their home deck next Saturday.
Hardwick remains separated from wife.

We’ve got the depth to rest them, so we can play a little better early in the season while still having players fresh for finals. Just need to stay committed to making them rest.

Yep we look to have much better depth than in 2018, when the go-early technique failed

Training today, more an injury report:

Lambo doing maintenance this week, won't play Friday but will next week.
In rehab but Daniel gave me thumbs up on his ankle as he walked the boundary later did sprints so nothing too much to worry about can't see him playing Friday.
Prestia in rehab to begin his hamstring recovery, slow straight line stuff for him and some little 20m kick to kick with Soldo.
After his head clash in the Intra on Sat RCD sat out the contested drills but did everything else.
DTLD training fully after his absence from the Intra.
No Cotch today.

Bring on the Streamed Practice match 9:30 Friday where everyone can view!
