Training on the 4th??

Hi GPB,
Just out of interest, how's Krak's fitness looking?

Interesting one!  For a player at the crossroads, I paid particular attention on Andrew, for starters, his run was pretty good, but for someone doing extra cirriculae in the off season, he came across the line with a bunch of players I think between 10 to 15.  Kraks is Kraks, and really shows he's doing his stuff in second gear, however the preseason games will tell us what his future is.

One other thing I would like to add is that Rodan burnt grass at Punt Road.  This fella's enthusiasm was extraordinary, and really looked 100% fit, fast & terrific, BUT, there's this hesitation thing that stands out when kicking the ball, and I think some PRE's will agree on this, BUT that's my view anyway.

Is this hesitation you are refering to why Tw cracked it at him?

BTW, great report.

This was DRod's big problem previously. He doesn't seem to have the instinct of when to dispose of the football and that is very hard to teach.
In 2003 the number of times I saw him have one too many bounces, ignore the leads of our forwards in good positions, only to have the ball turn over, was incredibly frustrating to watch. I think many here forget this since he's been out of the game for a while. Before his knee injury he had a very patchy season and was a fringe player at best.
Look I wish David all the best this year, coming back from a serious injury like he has, but it's his footy brain that needs far more work than his physique. He's at the crossroads IMO.

OK, OK, no I didn't run the tan.

It was hard enough work sitting there checking out all the beautiful babes in their skin tight lycras bouncing up & down the track.  Man, what a sight to see, at times I has to think of something really bad ............................ coprehende! :hihi

Comprehende Bro

I used to run the Tan alot when I worked in the city, but it got really embarassing when these nubile young things passed you going up the hill in tight Lycra equipment.

I went like a champ for the next 50 metres, before the reality of a possible heart attack kicked in. ;D
