My god what is Foley on. He is about to turn green and grow by the look of him.

For a little bloke he has obviously been putting in the hard yards in the weight room. His upper body looks like he has been carved out of stone.

We need a few more blokes in this side with his hunger and we will be right up there.

The more I see and hear of this kid the more impressed I am with him

David Kings comments on him sum it up for mine.

Don't think so. Quality players like Kerr are pretty rare.
Although he'll be a very good player for us, I don't think he has anywhere near the ability that Kerr has.

This very lucky PRE duck was able to join a small band of Tigers in the board room today for lunch with Troy, :hearton Joel and Chris. We were also joined by Greg, Steve and later David King and Brian Royal. What a day!

After lunch we watched training. Boys were hard at it all session. I was very impressed with Carl.. what a leap and looks very impressive at this stage.
There were no real standouts, most of the drills were obviously based on defence, ruck, centre bounce and forward strategies.
I noticed Terry and David K at one stage giving JON some extra advice after a tackle.
Lids was paired with Browny and Sugar with Andrew R for some marking praccy duels.

And to the very nice person who made it possible for me to be there :yourock THANKS HEAPS! ;D

stats are comparable (check out the frees for and against though)

plus Foley is the number 1 clearance player in the league. Kerr is great but lets not underestimate our Nate'

I caught the last 5 mins of training today.
Guess who was the last one to leave the field.
JR ! I hope he's commitment is continuous throughout his time at the Tiges.
I also asked him if hes playing this week, all i got is "We'll see", not so confidentally i must admit. Maybe he doesn't want to be too cocky and clearly knows that he has to work hard to get a guernsey. I like that persona, not taking it as a given. But knowing he needs to do the hard yards consistantly on the track.

Any juicy info to share Andy?

Anyone get to training today I heard Tiff Cherry talking on SEN today & she said the boys where flying I guess with Tiff watching on I train pretty well to!! :) :)
Maybe that is the secret have Tiff on the bench with the boys during the game or a water girl or something might get the young guys fired up a bit.

I did get there, but I was late, seems training started earlier than I thought (memo: ring club on day :duh )

There was goal kicking practice when I did get there, and David King was being interviewed. The team seemed in good spirits, lots of talking and laughing. Dean Polo was having a bit of handballing practice aside from the rest. Unfortunately not much more to add, though did see I nice torpedo from Lids from a fair way out.

Didn't Notice Tiffeney Cherry?

Can't say I looked for Tiffany, I was all eyes for our players. ;D

Browny looked mighty fine, Knobel was out there as well working with Foley and White on bumping.
