PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Just got back from training on my day off work.

Rehab group were Knobel, Simmonds, P Bowden, and Casserly didn't do much just some triangle handball and thats all. No running from any of that group. P Bowden seems to be favouring that hip quite alot. Simmonds is at least kicking short kicks on that ankle. Coughlan and Hall were no where to be seen.

Overall the skills were good today.

Brown trained at full pace and showed no signs of that leg problem that many posters were claiming had ended his career. I think he could play this week if Wallace would let him. His skills were perfect all through the session.

Peterson has me excited to be honest. His skills are simply exquisite. This boy will make an impact in our forward line later in the year. Rare talent that will be worth the wait.

Hyde is certain to return this week and looks likely to join the midfield rotations. Johnson, Tuck, Jackson, Hyde, Polo, Foley and Tivendale look likely to be our midfielders this week.

I have an inkling that Hughes will come in for Kingsley and Schulz will remain in the side the week.

Raines looked a little bit off colour today. Not sure why!

The group were very loud and upbeat with alot of back slapping going on. There were alot of cameras there today from Fox Sports and a few others. Most of the cameras were pointed at Brown but there was some filming going on in the old Grand stand area. Quite a few people watching today.
