PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Seeing as I am on Uni holidays I decided i would take my sis to have a look at the boys train.

Started up with basic kicking and handballing drills to warm up.
Then we got straight into a semi practice match. The boys werent pushing themselves 100% but was fairly quick pace. At one stage Bling took on 3 players through the middle and hit Petts right on the chest, sensational stuff and also Hyde found a lot of the ball as well. Krak looked to be moving freely and looked good against Rainesy who was on the last line of defence against Krak (possibly because he may play on Leon Davis this week).

Gaspar and Stafford were against each other and neither really impressed, Staff looked disinterested and Gas didnt do a lot. Deledio lined up in the Forward pocket and presented well.

after the practice match they went into a 5 on 5 full ground drill. Our atacking side of the game looked real good and skills were good in this drill, although our defensive game really lacked pressure and looked ordinary. once again, Staff looked disinterested in this drill as well.

To finish off the boys split off into different stations that included goal kicking, push ups and sit ups, midfield work and D-Rod was sprinting on his own.....

Jacko and Knobel took some part in training by not a lot.

Richo didnt train because he was getting his pins out of his wrist so he will train on friday to see whether he will be right for sunday.

Crowd was pretty good and also seen Mark Graham having a chat with Will Thursfield who is walking around and looking a lot better.
