with the Burgers playing on Tuesday, they can afford to take him up & withdraw him right up to the last minute. Yep. disgraceful scheduling. There's no way you could play Staff or Knobel on the Tuesday & expect either of them to get up for Sat night. Which means anyone playing on Tuesday for Coburg will have only a three day break until the Carlton match on Friday if they get the call-up.
I would imagine with Coburg not playing till next Tuesday that all our squad trained with RFC today ,but I did notice on the news JON go flying past Browny 
It is just another example of the idiocy of the draw. Surely someone could have said hang on a minute, how can we expect a side to pick their side for the next two games two weeks in advance which is really what has happened.
Who pays the price. Do Coburg suffer on Tuesday because someone pulls up sore on Sunday and then we have to nurse a few through the coburg match in case they are needed Friday. Or do we bit the bullet and commit to a senior side for two week and hope no one cops an injury. The injury Gods would need a change of attitude for that to Happen. (Maybe CMT and I should head up to the temple on Friday)
