If you want to get your hero points up you can attack oasis--they have small booty too.
Do you mean unoccupied oases, and, if so, would you send him alone as other troops would surely die?

I see 6pack has joined us at WAR. welcome 6y
Welcome aboard 6 pack.
I see U2 tiger is also without an alliance. C'mon mate, join the PREvolution (pardon the tacky pun)

You'd have to send other troops. The sacrifice is worth it apparently.
Could you send just 1 Imp, or is it a case of the more , the higher the bonus?

You'd want to run the calculator and send more than enough to make sure all the animals die. I always think it's best to build as many as you can. The more you send the less you waste, as long as you're going to be using them afterwards. Just build EI's and use the leftovers for your raids.

the no. 1 ranked guy Polski has 5 villages and 3 occupied oasis within his 7x7 map

yep, the more you send the less die. It's like having a brawl. 20 can kill 5 without losing one, yet if it's 5 on 5 then you might lose all 5.

Well, I've just checked out the oasis next to me - looks like 25% or 50% crop bonus, and 80 EI's would still not wipe them all out.

If you raid oasis, your hero always survives because it's not a fight to the death. Is that right?

Just got a trade too. 100 praets for 110 spears. Need that once more and I'm going to start going after some of the bigger villages with EC's.
nah--I been experimenting.oases have killed my hero a few times.

whats the deal--you can't literally swap troops can you?

So then I reckon you need a decent size army to make sure some escape.

In that case, if you want it now, you're better off building as many lego's as you need to clear it. They're cheaper and faster to build.

If you're after hero xp, look for different oases. The 50% crop ones are the most defended.

At this stage, I'm just after Hero points, so I guess I'll just trawl to find a weaker one

nah, just reinforce eachother's villages. Like Harry said the only bad thing is you can't use them for reinforcements elsewhere.

how many Ei's you got in your 2nd village? Maybe you me and Harry and Glen should start raiding as a team.

I reckon this is the worst time for raids. Early to mid mornings are great (I guess most of the world is still sleeping then), and Sundays are often just a waste of time

Yeah agreed SD.

Only 7. We can't raid as a team can we?

Now I'm finished getting the settlers away I'm going to keep pumping resources into St Copius to get it up to 10's and a nice big raiding army. It's actually in a much safer area than my original village and I reckon there's shitloads of easy targets around, you just need the scouts and the cavalry to take advantage of them.
