Saints have been putting hard tags on the outside midfielders. It's how they rolled Carlton. I reckon Lids will cop the hard tag.

Thought the same myself. Would not be surprised, actually, to see Lids start forward.

The media are predicting cotch is gonna cop a hard tag from of the better taggers in the game... Well that's all well and good, but how are they also gonna stop lids, dusty, axel, tucky, Grigg, etc?
That's one of the great things about Richmond 2012, they can stop one or two, maybe even 3 of the midfielders, but they can't shut them all down. That's why Grigg is on top of the uncontested possessions.

There was one bounce last week where 2 hawks players were playing shoulder to shoulder with Cotch behind them, he had no chance of getting the ball. However Tuck was completely on his own, it was like he had just dropped his guts or something, nobody within 2 meters of him. End result? Maric taps it to Tuck, he bangs it on his boot and it's deep in our forward line.

You can't tag a player that hard without leaving somebody loose, they may well choose Tuck to be the free man, but he is still going to hurt you.

Elite sells him short. That handball to Jack on the wing, maybe 5 or 6 players over the last 30 years make that.

Leader. Heart and soul. Forget the skill, class and smarts. His desire is what makes him great.

And just before qtr time, picked the ball up in the middle between 4-5 saints players one handed. So much class.

Chimpa, never has this darksider seen so much to please him on the park during a game.

The kid is pure bona fide Class.......... a genuine football star.

I'm telling you now, if we had another player as good to rotate him with, we would easily win this year's flag.

You can tell when he is on the bench or resting forward, and when he is on the ball.

When he is on the ball, we play great footy. When he isn't our intensity drops away. Pure and simple.

Phnomenal devasting last Q and there was not one pretty touch in the lot. It was all brutal force and willpower. Without a doubt will have a statue outside Pt.Rd.

I'm starting to think he's a genuine chance to walk away with the Brownlow.

What are his odds for the brownlow, would be worth getting on sooner than later.
