Listening to MMM yesterday they were discussing how Richmond have only recently implement a development program for their draftees. Then they compared this to Collingwood who are the benchmark in this area.
So no recruiting department, only very infant development program
No wonder our kids go no where. I just wonder if Deledio Tambling and co were drafted to a professional outfit whether they would have excelled quicker. It's 2007 FFS how can a club only recently implement that sort of department within a football club???
