Claw maybe a "darksider" - and he like me maybe misinformed about what is happening in the "inner-sanctums" of the playing group - and he does spell it out as he sees it - but he is NOT a troll.
There are times I get so peeved at the Tigers that I too bemoan certain aspects of the playing group and football department. I find myself leaning towards Claws thoughts as he elucidates on these boards. But I wake up to myself thinking that TW and Co. are enacting a plan to build a formidable team for the near future - and I take a step back to watch and maybe learn how professionals go about that business.
People like Claw in a football club have a role to play - and that role is to keep those in management focused on what the real objective is - and to not get caught up in the maybes and possibilities that could eventuate. Sometimes a bitter truth is better for the team than a sugar coated falsity. Sometimes no comment at all is best (eg. Port Coach Williams comment after the game about Motlop - "he is paid to kick goals" - one miss and that is great stuff for the player to go forward into next weeks game - I do not know of any forward in my time that has a 100% record in set shots at goal!)
What role are you as a supporter playing in the great Tiger revival - whilst I do not agree entirely with Claw - he has identified his role..........RT

Claw is an attention seeker who in my opinion does not even belive 100% of the things he is saying. Each to their own Remote however I will not support Claw's endless bagging of players who are trying their guts out and have reached a higher level of football than he has. I find his comments *smile* weak and ill informed and I will continue to make snipey remarks to him whilst he continues to do so. If you do not like it find a way to block me.

The fact is the football club have been a laughing stock for 25 years and nothing has changed not even now. What we have is yet another coach who feeds the ferals the line we are on the right track. Well lets see if they are because in my opinion that have not improved. They win a few backs to wall games and then when they get beaten they lay down and get flogged. When they are successfully then I am more than happy to disappear.

I've posted it before but a lot of people mightn't realise that PRE was largely started due to Diggles and Laff. They whinged enough about pop-ups on our old site that I decided to buy a Dummies manual and do something about it. They've been around as long as I have and I even have a bit of a soft spot for them....please don't tell them that though. :rofl

If that's your opinion, that the club is never going to get any better why do you even bother following them? You're a negative blight on the site, you can't see anything positive, you never have. I'm yet to see you post after a win. I'd love for the Tigers to be successful and an extra upside of that would be that we would never again have to see the drivel that you and your equally obnoxious twin stain our screens with.
