Tuck 100 games this week

If Tucky was better by foot he'd be an excellent AFL player rather than a good one but I do love his endeavour.

Yes, as a final note before the weekend,

Congratulations & Good Luck to the inaugural recipient of our own PRE's Shane Tuck Award.

From the boys who couldn't crack a senior game, back in 2004, Tucky's gone on to just about play every game since.

Again, well done!

:clap

(Gee i live those emoticons.)

Nothing should please a footy fan more than a player who gets the most out of his abilitites week in week out and Tucky does that.

Well said Royce. This described Tucky to a tee.
One of the few Tiges who takes a battering each week to get the ball out of packs .
Does the job without fuss and is very underrated.
Has been a good hard ball get fill in since Cogs has been missing .

Well done Tucky.

Probably one of the players on the list that values his career a bit more than some others too i reckon.

Has his faults as we know and theyve been highlighted but the bloke does have a go.

Tucky wouldve been a more effective player in the 90s when one on one contests and long kicking wass order of the day.

PRE was Shane's  first sponsor and have stuck by him each year since.  Long gone are the days we used to demand they play him wondering what he had to do to be selected.  A very valuable, and underated by some imo, member of our team who is having a great season so far.

Onya Tucky.  Eat 'em Alive.

I respect and admire Tucky. A guy who came from being delisted once, a stint in the SNAFL, almost being delisted a second time to becoming an decent AFL inside mid/hatchet man.

A guy whose effort, intensity and uncompromising attack on the footy should be a model for all our players. Because of this he is one of the more fun players to watch on our list.

Great work Tucky! and with your genes don't hold back on the kids either.

I agree its great to watch a guy who is so uncompromising in his attack on the footy. I even enjoy watching him chase guys he has no hope in catching. Great comedic relief.

Was thinking about his bloodlines on the drive home. I was wondering, are they the best ever??? I could not think of another players that compare.

tucky has always been me fav player a real humble man of field great to talk to well done ps he is a dad to a son

There have only been 9 longer runs for RFC (including Knights x 2).

Off topic, but wasn't Knighter going to have his second 100 consecutive run of games and Frawley dropped him on 99 as an example and Knights was NOT the worst player in our team at that stage. It prompted me to write my first letter to the RFC in disappointment.

On Topic : Go Tucky !

Well done Tucky, just keep on trying your guts out & it will be 150 before you know it.
