I think with the current financial situation some contracts should be front loaded. It will help us reach our minimum TPP as well as leaving room in the salary cap for when players like Lids, Bling etc come out of contract as well as room to chase high profile players in the future as suggested by GM.
Also if players go thru a bad run of form or injury or are traded whilst in contract we are not left paying as large amounts to guys not playing with us.

Tucky with 3 years is deserved and a great reward for the boy. Well done Tucky love your work. 8)
No one can complain bout him getting three years when Hilton, Hall, Chaffey, Tivendale and Pettifer have been at the club for 5 years plus.

It's probably fair enough but three years is too long IMHO after only 1 year's admitedly great football. He's only one bad season away from being in the same situation as the Snail. But in saying that I'm very happy he's been resigned.
