TW has come up with an idea which he came up with when he was overseas.
Kids as young as 12 years old who's Dads played for the club will be eligable to be part of the academy and be trained from a young age to help develop them into potential furture father-son selections.
Great idea by TW. Very happy to have some at the top who thinks outside the circle.
