TW on 5AA radio today

Tezza was chatting to Chris McDermott and David Wildey (tool) on 5AA this arvo. Missed the first bit but he was asked about some of the young blokes. TW was talking up Cleve a bit, and absolutely bigging up Tambo for his training form thusfar.

Said he expects Danny Meyer to step it up this season. Reckons the new "no hands in the back rule" is going to have supporters going extra filthy at the umpies this season.

The SA dudes asked him about whether he considered drafting Ben Hart in the PSD. Hs words were "Any other year we would have been very keen to have Benny on board, but after cutting Andy Kellaway, had we gone with Benny at his age I would have been strung up at the Richmond town hall".

Overall he sounded very pleased, can't wait to see Lids and Bling burning up the "G" in '07!

if you ask me in 2 - 3 years i'd add Shane Edwards to that midfield pairing. Those three are going to be the icing on the cake of the in and under work of Foley, Polo and MEYER
