Of course if Richmond are playing I couldn't care less what time the Grand Final is played but other than that I'm not a fan of the twilight idea. I love the tradition of Grand Final day, the early brecky watching the Bushies win the Under 18s Cup, the barbie for lunch, the pre-game anticipation, the night ahead after the game etc.
That would all change if the game started a couple of hours later. If they decided to play the VFL grand final at the G again I might warm to the idea a bit more but otherwise I'd much prefer an afternoon game.
I'd be interested to see which time slot others prefer and how much support there is for the change of time.
