When the game is there to be won........we stuff it up again...no pressure in the last qtr...yet they would have known the cats were going to up the ante in the last..total mental capitulation after kicking 8 goals in the third. >:(

You can say what you want about the umpires(crap I know) or the cats were down....the fact is they were gone and we didn't finish em off!.

The younger players don't know how to step up and win as we have a losing mentality stemming from the top. No game plan, no confidence and will to stand up and win for this club...We have a 34 old running around who despite his flaws is best player on this list at the moment for putting in each week. That just says something...... ???

We do have some good players on the list but they are so used to losing that they have given up on trying to lead this club back to where it should be. They don't play for wallace that's just so damm obvious. >:(

I really am worried when and how RFC is going to turn this around.. We have the most passionate supporters in the AFL yet they seemed *smile* scared of us, the media and come game time no toughness to stand up for each other and win a game of football. Even Thomas ex St Kilda coach came out and said he loved coaching against Richmond....why because we are so easy to rattle.

Thompson came out after the match and said Richmond were great.......and Geelong were poor( we didn't win d...head) that just a swipe at the mentality of the players. Decision making and skills are horrible....they really are.... I can't go on.... :-[

I'm fuming and so should ever RFC supporter... This crap has got to stop.!

This is bordering breach of guidelines, I reckon we should go to the third umpire.

I think we all are fatty. It'll only happen, as you say, when they can collectively hit a target and they learn to consistently do the team oriented 1%ers.

Only because it's another thread about bagging the club. There's already about five doing the same in one form or another. And as far as hitting targets, the pussies coughed it up a fair bit according to the radio broadcast. Now was that due to the pressure we were finally applying, them taking the foot off the gas, I wasn't there, but at least the players proved that they can take it up to a side like Geelong and compete, a team that none of us needs reminding have flogged us so many times over the past decade or so. No one is saying they're happy with the result, but it's a huge difference to what was offered up last week so perhaps a tiny bit of praise for having a dip. Sure no four points today, but there will be plenty during the season if they can continue to play with that endeavour.

Besides the 08 Premiers are sitting alongside at 0-2, and who at the start of the season thought we'd beat Geelong anyway, even if we'd knocked over Carlton last week.
