Was pretty good today. when he did fall over, he got a free.

Im all for trading letting him go, but earnt his pay today

No. 1,000 times no! Just horrible watching him eased out of contests by players 10kg lighter. For the most part, he is 40m away frantically pointing and gesturing.

I'd trade him for anything even Cloke..... TV would fall over in a breeze

He did twice today and the umpires gave him a free kick. Worse forward I've ever seen

Yes, please, please he is certainly past his use by date, whirch was probably two years ago. I get so angry watching him. Totally useless...

I fel sorry for the opposition when i see Vickery milking frees like he did in the second half. Somehow, through dramatically throwing out his flaps as he crashed to the deck after the slightest of bumps, he managed to convince the ump that he had been unfairly treated in the marking contest.

All the best at the scum next year. Will fit in nicely with Casboult and Jones.

I've had enough of him playing for us >:(

Just a taller version of Joel Selwood

Was pathetic today - if anyone needs any further proof as to why he has to go today was it. Didn't present; didn't compete; didn't run to space and offer half back options when trying to move ball forward.

May as well have played one short in forward 50. His Geelong opponent constantly showed him no regard & double teamed Jack in marking contests.

Under no circumstances is he to play again for Richmond.

Totally agree, he will let his talent go to waste due to being a lazy tosser. I've had a gutful and can't bring myself to watch this game run around calling himself a footballer. He's a complete waste of space. He's an embarrassment in the ruck hence why we were forced to move Moore into the ruck. There was a stage in I think the 2nd quarter when he had a great chance to smash a Geelong player with a tackle (was set up perfectly), but no he stood off, watched and flapped his arms around as they kicked / handballed around him and as the quality bloke he is, then decides to take a guy out off the ball!! If they hadn't kicked it forward to their advantage then I'm sure he would have given a free away when we should have had a ball up if he wasn't so lazy.

Another disgraceful performance except in brilliant stooging of umps for 4 FFs. Might have been one or two legit. But, with no Griff, surely expected to be the chop-out support ruckman. Did not obtain one HO!
Grigg actually got one ... an immediate tap to the opposition; but that's one more than TV? How is that possible?

Well he wasn't in the ruck much so wouldn't get a HO. Says it all when we recruit the pea heart as a ruck, and now he cannot even go into the ruck to give Hammer a chop out so we have to push a guy who isn't even 190cm into the ruck when we have a 200cm, 100kg waste of space loitering doing sod all 25m away!!

That Andrew Moore had to play in the ruck says a lot of about Vickery. He should be embarrassed by that.

What's more, the fact we couldn't get the ball out in the last was because Vickery could do nothing other than playing for soft free kicks.

He gives me the *smile* so much

Yep - says a lot about him indeed.

Yes, but trying to figure it out because checked and Hammer played 79% GT, so who rucked the missing 20% - Moore? BTW, his mates, Stanley and Blicavs gave Smith a lovely break, only had to play 72% GT.

Makes Hammer's performance even more commendable. Took on their big 3 and is rated higher on AF of any of them (not sure how it works though - must rate HOs a lot like me and clangers subtract big time). Hammer's 90% DE was higher than any of his opponents. Furthermore, not given any clangers, but a total of 9 for the Geelong 3.

Vickery was in the ruck a bit, certainly at centre bounces, but didn't even get close to the ball as was shirking contests. Not sure I saw him at a centre bounce in the 4th. Think we were forced to put Moore in there as at least he would compete for the ball unlike Vickery who was an embarrassment. I'm not sure I saw Moore at a centre bounce but definitely around the ground (and Vickery was standing and watching the whole time).

He can't pick and chose games.

Last week he led, he marked and provided an option.

Yesterday spectated, staged for frees and couldn't help out in the ruck to give Hampson a break. As others have said , for a guy 200cm 100 kg he doesn't give us anything.

Guy goes at seasons end. I've said it before. Get a compo pick, get our second round pick that we gave Carlton for Yarran and cut our losses.

Footy is not his no 1 priority it seems.

Just doesn't give anything and as much as Dimma talks about Ty and our structure I would rather go now with Elton the remainder of the year. We've seen enough.

It's hypothetical, however if a Cloke type plays yesterday instead of TV, we win,M simply for the work rate of providing an option with the down the line kick, plus a Cloke won't get out marked an give an easy ball back.

He always looks at the opposition ruckman rather than the ball at centre bounces.

I've dragged u/15s off if they do that. Hardwickjust shrugs and picks him the next week.

Can not expect the big mam to do everything.
Vickery needs better support.
Unfortunately he has to carry Jack and the rest of the forward line each game.
Starting to take its toll on him.

When hammer rucked, we played a six-man forward line. When he was off, we played lmid and five forwards. Sadly, vickery competed so poorly, the ball came in quickly and accurately for the most part, rendering the spare man useless.

At the age of 25-26, you just have to shake your head.
