The fact that up to 8-10 players of Geelong will be slogging it out in this showcase game is a good thing for the Richmond Football Club.
The following week Geelong play Richmond at the MCG...it will be the first time in years that we will be able to be competitive with the Cats and give it a good red hot go.
A couple of niggling injuries would be good, some Cats may experience a let down after such a big game...we'd be the fresher team no doubt.
