Voss to join West Coast

WC get an a/coach with a great reputation, something they ain't got.
Voss gets experience at another successful club, then nails a senior job, maybe a GC in 4-5 yrs.
 
Excellent. So the strategic geniuses at WCE have taken a long term approach to failure.

I commend them.
