Wallace- do you agree that he does too much media work ?

What was so ridiculous about that article on the bulldogs?
He was asked to write the review by the editor and didn't critisise them at all, in fact he predicted a very good year for them

And was wrong.

I think everyone has missed the point here so i will put it like this.

1. I have no issue him doing other stuff through whatever medium he wishes, and this is what i dont mind is, in relation to PROMOTING THE RICHMOND FOOTBALL CLUB

BUT

2.I would like him to not write up other clubs , their players, or whatever , that the opposition coach can use ammunition next year. Thats what i was trying to make a point. It doesnt matter where we finished up on the ladder this week.Irrelevant. Talk up our clubnot others. If he wants the players to aspire to a particular oppositions style or club ethics(in house).

3.Concentrate on what he is being paid well to do and cut the spin doctoring and writing about other clubs. I dont care about other clubs, just my club- the tigers

How many predicted the Dogs to finish 13th?
Pretty sure everyone put them in the Top 8 and most as genuine contenders. Wouldn't be surprised if it's just a down year like Geelong had last year.

The club he walked away from after breaking a contract & couldn't do anything with their list.He should have told the editor any club but the bulldogs. At least Gary March & co told him that would be his last article on the doggies.

He's good at that

I think the club needs him in front of the media, promoting our brand, because that's what the sponsors want. They are putting sizable chunks of cash into our club, helping us get people like craig mcrae, so they need to get something back. If Wallace is the best at doing this, then so be it.

The media doesn't accept a "pick and choose" type personality. You're either completely available for everything, or they don't want to know you.
