3 years into a 5 year contract, a wooden spoon was certainly not part of his five year plan..
How did you rate Wallace's performance in '07?
Is he on the right path to take us to 'sustained success?'
IMO it seemed like there were far worse moves from our coach this season than great ones and a this point I'd suggest he's gotten off pretty lightly with supporters given our diabolical season. Perhaps that's attributed to the strongish end to the year. :headscratch
We've analyzed the players pretty closely but what do folks think about Terry's coaching efforts during our wooden spoon year?
For me some of the best are:
- Tapping Gaspar on the shoulder and getting experience into our young defenders
- Blooding youngsters yet not given them a walk up start.
- Weeding out some serial underachievers.
Some of the worst.
- Recruiting Kingsley.
- Failure of some youngsters to improve.
- Questionable matchups. Raines on Riewoldt? Polak playing LMID?
I'll leave some for others..
