No the next 3yrs we will have kids who can actully execute Terry,s game plan.Its just a matter of when he sees fit to bring them in.Im hoping by the middle of this season btw.iitb said:

Ok i am still so upset from last nite was at the game and when i went back home i watched the game again,
Im not going to go through the whole match as there’s been 22+ pages of write ups but ill tell you now this is what i think and what i honestly feel inside.
Our back line: I have defended gas on many times but under pressure especially in the third term he was woeful how many bloody turnovers it says he only had 2 but mate he kicks the ball to no mans land when under pressure to many times last nite.
Moore and McGuane very admirable last week but i don't believe both of these guys will give us what we need as hard running back man, i don’t just want to see a stopper i want to see skills and run.
Gas on medhurst was a joke, Bowden on Rocca was wrong ok he had his measure in the first half but wouldn't we have been better off having Polak on him and have Bowden as the creative running back.
Midfield: Johnson had about 25 touches but not in the best players i hate to say this but the game has past him by, to slow always in second gear and he makes to many mistakes.
Tucky u can’t just get the ball and kick it anywhere to many wasted disposals,
I think Hyde as much as he is creative and wants to run and carry just doesn't get enough of the ball...
I know Raines and Polo had quiet games but its time to put these guys on the ball along with Newman, thursty when he comes in will take 1 back position, white has to come in and develop raines role and perhaps only ONE of Moore or McGuane to play Newman’s role or lets get JON in there too, how many bloody times have i said prior to the season starting that we need midfield rotation as i wasn't confident with the same old guys in there.
Tuck put him on the forward line as he is pretty much 6ft 3"...Disposal not good enough
Johnson backline or bench im serious he should not be in the middle anymore...
Tivva’s is playing well and getting his hand on the ball and kicking goals.
Lids continues to play well another good game but has to NOW play 100% on the ball, wow i must say that blingers played one of his best games always running and being creative....
I want kids who will run and dispose of the ball to the advantage of the team, lets give em a go...Edwards, Connors, Collins, etc im sick of hearing this guy is to light to play how about Myles krak for the power under 70kgs, the magpies young dude "*smile*" light as but mixed it up with the big boys.
What the hell was Pettifer doing in the middle many times last nite he is a good mark and kick but when it comes to the hard stuff weak as water, malthouse got burns in there and i assume he took petts in there with him knowing full well that petts does not win the hard ball.
How did TW allow petts to be anywhere near the center bounce?
Midfield conclusion, WITH THE PLAYERS WE HAVE IN THEIR NOW WE DO NOT HURT THE OPPOSITION, YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE BLIND FREDDY TO SEE THAT....MAKE SOME BLOODY CHANGES IM *smile*EN SICK OF IT.
Our FWD line is about the only thing that has the potential to win games, Richo, petts, *smile* and when brown comes in is capable of being a dangerous set up.
For TW, the midfield and parts of the backline cost us the game, forget about this rubbish from the outset (some supporters or commentators)about if Richo kicked an extra 2 goals we could of won, the midfield was obliterated in that third and fourth term, Nathan foley can hold his head up high he was terrific.
TW i am a big fan of yours but u did say on many occasions when u came to the club that if u can’t kick the ball u won’t get a game well that has been thrown out the window, im sick of it too many guys getting games with terrible disposal.
In closing we do show something to be in front or their abouts for the last 3 games and when the pressures on we just crumble.
Joel Bowden how many times can he run into the fwd line and attempt to do an easy pass with time after time goes over the head of a leading fwd, ok foley aint tall but had he been hit on the chest he would've goaled. For a player of 10 years how does he kick out of defence and straight over the line with no one touching it, he has done this on several occasions this year.
TW try things hartigan on the FWD line or middle, Meyer perhaps as back only cause of his good disposal, casserly when he gets back lets see what these guys can do and please i don’t want to hear that they got to do it in the 2nds first some players just click in the ones, krak for the power got a game, so did davey and Jetta for the bombers, varcoe geelong, Hansen for the kangas aint setting the world on fire but is been given a go, i could go on and on with so many players getting a game for their teams who in all honesty u would think would need to show their wares in the 2nds and make there way into the senior side as the weeks roll on, other coaches do it its time we try more of our kids.
