Ok one year down and it looks like we have a topline coach. Smart on game day, fires up the players, ruthless (not the player's mate), good with the media and seemingly able to attract players and coaching staff on his known ability alone - they want to work with him. In other words a huge plus.
We have secured his services to the club for five years, I am not sure how old TW is, but is there the chance that we would see him settle down at Punt Road for longer than the five? Could we see a mini Sheedy-like dynasty finally at the Richmond Football club? Will the clubs history of eating their coaches finally become a memory?
Will he make it to the end of a second five year contract and would we want him for that long? Your thoughts?
