I couldn't give a rats about March talking to the media, the less talking to the media by the club the better. I'm more concerned about what the Board feels and how its filtering down to the coaching staff and players.

I still think March being away at a Wedding when we lost to Melbourne was an error. A critical game really critical, the team almost got away with a win but they played badly enough early enough in the game to lose it. That to me, would have been when the Board should as a collective given all and sundry a bit of a rocket. If the media got win of it so be it, but I'm wondering just how much passion for Richmond is actually sitting there at Board level.

Of course they may just be holding on to their cards like good poker players, then when the Mid Year Review is released play their game accordingly.
Sorry cant agree. A Boards most important role is to hire and fire the CEO, in this case the coach, and maybe a few other key managerial positions. The President does not coach or run the team and should maintain an arms length position.

The Board should let TW go for ONE very good reason. He has hired some very average assistants, all who are YES men.

His OFF field team is the reason our ON field team are confused, unmotivated, lacking in strategy and not united.

He drops players regularly (JON, Sarge) but when did he last fire an assistant??

I am sure him and Royal are both looking to their next job (together)....

Well said Elton.

But there are many more reasons why Wallace and his "yes men" should be given the lemon and sars.
