I am glad to read most people are supporting wallace. For what its worth I probably would of preferred Eade when they were both in line for the job, but the biggest problem at richmond has been blaming the coach for all this clubs problems over the last 25 years. I think the first turning point for richmond was letting spud see out his contract of five years and then giving the next coach another 5 years. It says to the players and the club, the coach is not going to cope the axe every time there is some trouble at punt road. I think people need to hang tough and get behind the tigers
 
Eade looked a babbling mess in the coaches box tonight and the way he positions himself in the box, makes me think he's a bit of a one man show as well, not a team player, not interested in delegating to and developing assistant coaches.

I'm still happy with Wallace.
