there are some fundamental things that we differ in oldie. list structure and player type the least of our differences. where we think our players are at and how good they and how we look at our players is another.

I actually don't think we are that far away at all clawsy.
The major difference I can see is that I am prepared to acknowledge the good things that are happening.
You seem to have somewhat of a stumbling block when it comes to recognising positives.
