Wayne Campbell in NYC?

I think the paper named the park where Campbo walks the dogs. Just go there and act like a tree and he'll be led to you.

just remember to drop the act when the doggies lift their legs...otherwise, it might be a tad embarrassing

Central Park is the size of a suburb Rosy... 843 acres! It includes a zoo.

Just walk around wearing a Richmond jumper (preferably with No. 9 or 17 on it), either he'll come up and say hello or sic the dogs on ya! :rofl

Bloody hell thats a decent size paddock to have in the guts of the city, still I suppose they need a fair size paddock to park all the barkers eggs.

Actually, I'm not to sure whether I should start a new thread on this one, but I heard a rumour that Campbell might be coming back and having a kick down at Coburg primarily to add experience and leadership down there.

If he does, draft him on minimum wages and let him play his 300th next season.......

When a decent beer at a  normal bar costs AUD$8.00 it might be a good idea.

Isn't he taking 12 months off with his new wife?

Hey NYT whats the time diff? It would be nearly 11 in the morning there now, yeah?
Anyhow, was wondering what you classified as a `decent' beer and what volume do you get for 8 bucks?

I think wayno would be enjoying his retirement and not contemplating any sort of comeback. I heard he was shaking up in the Big Apple for about 3 months during his world adventures, and that hee would be in Germany in June for World Cup. As for his pub work, he'd be well qualified, and probably wanting to take in the culture of the city as well as making some cash for living expenses. Sounds like he needs it if beer costs $8.

A decent beer to me is anything not American - there are a few exceptions, but they are generally smaller breweries.

I won't mention the cost to rent a 1 bedroom apartment :-X

Hey New York Tiger, I was in your fair city in January, and my mate took me to a place called "Cheap Shots" while I was there. Its a pretty shabby joint, but a jug (or pitcher) of beer costs about $7. Its on First Ave, between St. Mark's Pl. and East 9th Street. If you go, I recommend the "Irish Car-bomb" which consists of 3 quarters of a pint of Guiness, a shot of Whiskey with some Baileys on top, which is then dropped into the pint and drunk as quickly as possible.

If you can beat the bar staff you might get free drinks. Worth a shot (pardon the pun)
