We still have pick 18 so relax people

If we're trading picks for Jordy and MM, who the hell are we going to pick up in the PSD?? Does Miller have someone up his sleeve?? Doubt it...

Pick 1 in the PSD could be quite strategic if used properly, but it seems most of the uncontracted players we've taken a shine at have re-signed...who's left that'd be worth pick #1 in the PSD??

Is he contracted? I don't know.

Would King be worth it??

And doesn't that count for something RROFO? Whilst I think he is probably an upgrade on some of the players we have, what about Casserly (and other kids who are coming up that a spot on a HBF would suit?), he really isn't the type of player we are in greatest need of.

And as Disco posted on another thread, I think... soooo many to read :), there truly are at least 20 kids in the draft that look like being exciting prospects - a number of which would be bigger and stronger than McMahon already!

Hopefully we will end up with pick 16 for Schulz... somehow, and hopefully the Dawks will take Meyer for a 2nd or early 3rd round pick. Man, FJ must be drinking heavily this week.

Sorry K3, are you taking about Cale Morton or Jordan McMahon? I was talking about Cale.

The word is that we rejected Ports offer of a second round pick so at the moment Jay is staying with us.

From OER.

The Australian says Sarge will remain a Tiger...

The Tigers yesterday knocked back an offer from Port Adelaide for contracted key-forward Jay Schulz, who will play on at Punt Road.

Richmond football director Greg Miller said the Power's offer of swapping a second-round draft choice was not acceptable.

Adelaide Addy says however we've demanded off Port one of either picks 22, 27 or 28 which would come from Adelaide. Port only want to give up pick 33 for Schulz.

What have we given up for these players

Ok - I agree that we have offered Bulldogs 19 for McMahon

The Age says that we have given West Coast 18 & 30 for Morton

The Hun says pick 36.

I am confused

I hope that the shuffle of picks gets us back in at a good level.

Shultz has had his time. 6 years is long enought to work out that he is a second string FF, same as Hughes. They both won't get Richmond anywhere. They are good Coburg players.

Get a second round pick for him would be a win-win for us and Port.

The players that I hope we talk about today are Mark Williams from Hawthorn, try to push him into the pre-season, and Leigh Brown. I think he would be an excellent BIG BODY to put between Bowden and the skinny kids (Thursfield and Mcguane). He is also versitile enough to push forward. 2nd round pick for Leigh would be win-win

Leigh Brown is a DUD!!!

Williams & Brown have too much intelligence, they will not fit into the RFC culture.

Maybe Williams as a Tiger can re-introduce the "shotgun" and sniper Miller for all of you Miller haters :hihi

i dont give a *smile* that we still have 18 for KPP >:(

we should have used 18 and 19 to fill requirements not trade for soft duds

Agreed. Should have traded a 3rd or 4th rounder and player(eg Krak) if anything...

The papers haven't been overly reliable with their info this week. As for the picks involving Morton it seems people can choose to believe which scenario they want to. They are certainly very different depending on which paper you read. Better to wait for official confirmation from the club.

I'd be happy with that. Meyer might be going today as well but the Hawks have stated it would most likely be for a player rather than a draft pick.

I heard that the Hawks are pretty much out of trade week. I reckon Danny will be staying.
