Weideman bags Weightman

Murray Weideman, the first bloke to take the Pies to a spoon. Tommy Hafey took over the same side and took them into a Grand Final the following year. That pretty much says it all.
 
I haven't always agreed with his opinions but I think Tony Shaw is spot on with this one. I'm too young to have seen Weideman play but the purpose of the Hall of Fame is to recognise and remember great players of the past long after they're gone. Unfortunately for him, all Murray Weideman has done with this outburst is announce himself (loudly) to a whole new generation of football followers as a complete and utter wanker.
 
I heard the interview and was simply disgusted. He is so bitter,twisted and full of his own self importance that he cant see it for what it is--we are all laughing at you!!!!!!!What a complete tool--and modest to boot!!!!!!!
