At the end of todays training Cumbo grabbed a sharpie and went to the very end of the crowd on the fence that was watching training

Plenty of other blokes can play the "Richmond Way". What that means exactly is anyone's guess.
Exactly right and its quite obvious the players have no idea idea.
I say that in all seriousness, because if what we saw today (this year, last year etc) is a "gameplan" then god help us.
