So, he needs to do his job? Or is this over and above the normal expectation?
Burge left an ageing RFC list to manage a youthful HFC list. But we all saw that at the time, broo.
Meanwhile let us focus on the Butcher.

Not at all. I think when fit, he’s a really good player. I’d hope we’ve helped him recover from injury/get fit and he can perform at the level he’s capable of and the level we need him to be.
