Well Done Captain

Great game by Johno adds Stevens to Black, Judd, Burgoyne, Dal Santo , Kirk, Hodge, Johnstone.

Stevens was frustrated he was throw haymakers in the third.

Managed to get to my first game yesterday and after a 5 hour drive it was well worth it. Over the past two years I ahve read some pretty strong comments about Kane and his role as #17. From what I saw yesterday he thoroughly deserves the respect and credit that he receives. he was directing traffic everywhere, showing leadership at the bounces and totally outplayed Stevens.

He is richly deserving the #17 jumper and hope that he continues ot grow in the role and he is the next #17 to hold the premiership cup

Yes, totally demoralised Stevens.  I'm not sure where Stevens fits in now at the Blues.  Two runner up in their B&F's but really struggles to shake a good strong tag.  Some efforts in marking duels were woeful today.

Certainly becoming a favourite whipping boy for the blues faithful that I know.
Feel for Nick Stevens,he's the only decent Blue's midfielder that needs to be tagged.

I had my reservations on many things about Kane but i must say what a masterstroke by Terry playing him as his n# 1 tagger.

Has any player beaten Kane?

Doubt it.

Good game skipper and your field kicking over the past weeks has been great.

Fire them up for next year skipper.

Dont settle for second best(9th) in 2007
