Went down the London Tavern to watch the game, a lot of Saints and Swans without tickets were in there too. Although the telecast was on delay, when Sydney made their burst there was a fair bit of glass broken and morons wanting to square up to each other. We then got locked in so the crowd from the 'G couldn't get in the pub. Saints supporters must have gotten pretty feral. Contrast to the same venue at last year's prelim when Geelong and Brisbane supporters were having an amicable drink and a chat.berwick boy said:Was trying to break it up when about 10 coppers swarmed all over these guys...tried calming the boys down till our train got there...Cops getting statements of alot of people...hope they go for assault..guy was a mess.felix said:did you help them out?berwick boy said:Went last night with a swannies mate who lost his dad 3 weeks ago [62 years young and never seen a flag, and we rekon it seems like a long time]...anyway,tight tussle for 3 qtrs then bang, thats all she wrote...
Surrounded by VERY loud group of young female aints supporters.............[not so loud in the last though]
Was a good night except i was supprised by how many saints supporters walking out of the ground were saying thats it, we have had our chance and blew it with likely retirements of harvy and p train they dont rate themselves for next year
