Dear All,

IMHO West coast owe us big time and should basically give us Morton for pick 51 (maybe 35) due to the favour we did them with Judd. Had we ommitted to any player in the PSD before they came up with a deal with teh tankers then they were basically screwed as Judd could have gone to Carlton in the PSD.

It was not in our interest to delay making a PSD commitment (because players resign with their clubs (adcock anyone) and so if they are honourable they will repay the favour.

Thoughts?

The Tigers did no favour, how do you concoct such fiction with a lack of evidence?

I saw Nisbett, Worsfold and Co leaving the Telstra Dome today. They were all walking away very gingerly. It looked like they had spent a night in jail and shared their cell with Bubba.
 
Don't think the Weagles owe us anything.  I don't know that we did them any favour at all and who knows how things will pan out in the future anyway. 
 
West Coast will repay us by thrashing us at Subiaco next year by 85 points,

then playing us at the G later in the year and resting their gun players and only win by 65 points.

They owe us Jack!

Apparently Trevor Woodhouse said on radio Morton is likely to come to us in PSD as we son't trade pick 18. Good result as there is nothing else likely to be in PSD of any quality.

Only a good result in that we retain 18 and 19.
I want Mitch but for a cheap price. We could have said from the start we didn't want Judd but we played the game.
35 or 51 should get it done. Won't be surprised if it is 19 for 30 though.
 
Well, Carlton offered pick 3 and Kennedy, then pick 3 and 20, before we offered pick 2 and 19. Carlton had to up the ante and throw in Kennedy. I guess if you call that "helping" west coast, then we did. I think it was purely looking after our self, cause West Coast with pick 1 weren't going to take Kruezer.
