Saw Richo, Brown, Simmonds, bowden and one other running around the oval near the shrine this morning at 9 am.
Doing a bit of circle work.. ???
Simmo looked good...seemed to be moving well..looked a bit slimmer
Brown looked good. Not a hair out place. Not sure how that was possible in teeming rain but he must have good product.

Richo was in good form. Had a hat on...probably to keep out the UV...
The other bloke I have no idea about. Could not see him from where I was.
