I been reading the posts on this website...alot of names been floating around how about the players we need....Richmond needs a very good center half back and full back now....and who going to be in the ruck now??? We go forwards and runners but no good defence....we need a exp defender...who is up for the taking????

Draft all kids, first 1/2 picks best available, then address specifics. No short term fixes - no trades for players.

1 ruckman 6 kpp preferably capable of playing both ends of genuine kpp size.. 4 well rounded onballers must have skill pace and an ability to win ball inside and out. 2 hard as nails but skilled enforcers.

Maybe he is planning on taking a full list of rookies along with senior listed players Rw.

I suppose we can trade to get the first 13 picks in the draft-that should go a long way towards fulfilling this wish list.

:hihi

A club can only make 5 trades in a season.
Claw did you point out on the footy manager thread how you will be achieving these 13 changes?

World peace.  ;)

Does that qualify me for Miss Universe?

....and I guess you want a Ferrari for Christmas too? :hihi

I think our first pick in the draft has to be the "best player"...of course, how the draft pans out, and what the clubs before us pick, will determine whether that first pick is a midfielder, or a larger, more KPP.

Our 2nd pick has to be, as you stated, a "genuine KP size"....for obvious reasons (Kellaway going, Gas older and injured half the time, Hall not suited back there, etc).

And I 100% agree with you about the "enforcers".....the last bit of decent "intimidatory" play I saw was by Scotty Turner...one on O'Donnell in '95, and I think it might have been 1-2 years later, on the wing, against Dean Kemp.
But we have no players who have any size, bulk, or "tough-nut" capability in the middle, and no-one to intimidate opposition players.
