I live in London mostly, i got up at 4am to watch the game live on Sentanta sports and 10minutes into the second quarter wished i hadnt.
We were absolutely thrashed and made to look like a team of fools.

Hasnt really happened since....and that game now seems a long long time ago.

In light of our present form and credible battle for the 8 - what the hell happened that day?- and whats changed to prevent it hapenning again? (maybe even against Geelong this week!)

lemme see.

We sacked miller
Sugar irrigated a police station
Polly ran head on into a tram
The coach was admitted to hospital with an "infection"
Hungry Bartlett returned to the club after a 427 year absence
Richo was moved to the wing
Petts and Joel were dropped for lack of tackles
Cogs played his 1st game for 2 years with Coburg

I think this about covers everything

The above were before the Sydney game IIRC.

The Sydney game was a big test as to how much we had supposedly improved. There was plenty riding on that game.
However after that debacle our was season considered toast and we stopped thinking about finals probably right up until this weekend.

Now that finals are back as a genuine possibility again it will be very interesting to see the mental fortitude of the side over the coming weeks.
