Without knowing Terry's contract terms and objectives it would be fair to assume that our hierarchy back in 2004 would have asked for the following.
1. List improvement
Frawley and Beck left our list with more holes than Wayne Carey's brain.
Has he had enough time to do this, if so how would you rate his and Miller's action's?
For me our kids seem OK but it's choices like Johnson, McMahon, Kingsley etc that I cannot understand.
2. Skill improvement
Back in 2002/3/4 we were the worst I have ever seen.
Unfortunately nothing much seems to have changed!
3. Increase in attendances
Touted the "used car salesman" this he has done OK at even without a sniff of finals
4. Finals...........by what year?
5. Player development
Do our kids seem to be making any progress over the years?
These 5 points I would consider to be the most important in a coaches tenure.
Has Terry improved our list and placed us on the right track since 2004 or are we headed for a repeat of the Frawley era?
