I don't care how the team goes about it but what i want to see this week against the crows is making them earn every kick, mark and GOAL. What is really frustraing to watch is the amount of easy goal in a short space of time that the opposition teams have been getting, it's like a traing drill at times. So this week all i ask for is to see the lads MAKE THEM EARN IT. My remote contol can only take being thrown across the room so many times without breaking. :-\

The thing I hated most about the Motlop goal was not knowing which Richmond players needed to be dropped for six weeks for allowing their opponents to walk the ball to the forward thirty.

Yep, Mots must have had BO cause no-one wanted to get near him

What I'd really like to see this week? Some semblance of a gameplan sustained firstly for the four quarters, and something we can carry into the following week and for the balance of this season!

I'm sick of these forever changing "week by week, quarter by quarter" gameday tatics (and I'n not going to buy the injury line), I mean are we going to play man on man, are we going to play a spare man in defence or are we going to play blokes behind the pill, are we going to play long and direct, are we going to play "tempo footy" (which involves chipping it around until we give it up and they score a goal), does Terry still want to play an attractive brand of football (16 goals per game) or are we just simply satisfied to have "less" goals kicked against us??

Yeah, and the club will flog the flexibility or versatility line, but you need to a single, reliable, robust gameplan first..... :-\

What I'd really like to see this week? I would like to see us stop investing games into those who won't make the cut (and I'm not necessarily refering those who won't be around in 2011 b/c of age, I'm talking about those who simply don't have the talent to make the grade irrespective of their application or efforts) and invest this time into those that at very least, have enough talent to make the grade (e.g. Meyer).

Basics

Man up when in defence !! - remember those 2 words ?
Run off when in offence !!
Give him something ! - why were all of our players covered when we kicked out but they had at least 3-4 loose players ?
Tackle, Shepeard and help out !!

Stop this zoning crap and PLAY FOOTBALL !!

Tossa must be constantly changing the game plan on purpose, because he knows that last place will give us some great picks. There can be no other reason for the very strange tactics/excuses he uses. If he delivers a flag in 2011 than he will be rated a genius. Maybe we need to play his game or else Di Mi Tri Oooose might cotton on and change the rules before we get to 2011.

I think you seriiously underestimate the competetive nature of the people involved despite recent losses.

We sholud try the 95 John Northey game plan kick the bloody thing long have a go and keep it simple.

..is a Richmond win.
Won't see it this week Rosy, but the Bombers is looming as a very winnable game.

Just wondering if we get whacked by say 80 points next week by the crows (who can be relentless at home) and the Bombers get Lloyd back and hold their own or even beat Brisbane at Telsta next week - what odds then? A win will come, but I think describing any clash at the moment as 'very winnable' the way we are playing is pushing it a bit (except perhaps against Melbourne depending on their injury list).

wHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IS THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

man on man football

simple game plan, less possession style, basketball crap, as we just dont have the skills or the players to do it

physical

make adelaide bloody earn EVERY KICK

tackle hard and drop your man hard into the turf

hunt in a pack like the old tigers use to

KEEP IT BLOODY SIMPLE TERRY

Couldn't have said it better IMO.

Less coaching this week TW with your approach of the players requiring a Uni degree to understand you.

I would love to see the players just be allowed to go out there and play, back themselves - I think doing that may be the only way to find some confidence something that is surely lacking.

TW meddling won't get that confidence back.

Is some sound decision making and evidence of disposal skill. I guess I'll have to keep a close eye on Adelaide, because I won't get that from Richmond.
What I don't want to see is Greg Tivendale ever playing football for Richmond again!

We need to run carry, handball and back ourselves.

No balzing away and no stupid football, play it smart and have confidence. If we try to play it too safe, thats when we get done.

I dont want to see short kicks, no brain clearances and forwards standing around.

Pharace - "I think you seriiously underestimate the competetive nature of the people involved despite recent losses."

Rubbish: Tossa is a political animal. He has totally over estimated his ability to motivate people whose throats he has slit.
